not for a weak stomach

So we've had one heck of a week here at the Leedy household. Tues morning, without going into disgusting details, before I can even get bags & lunches packed for MDO, R & L are obviously both sick with a stomach bug. I manage to get them both to an ok place, & quickly run to the store for more diapers & pullups, with plastic bags in my purse. We make it through that without incident, thank goodness. We get home & settle in for our sick day. Backing up a bit, R was already on antibiotics from Friday, he had bronchitis last week. Poor baby. So as soon as I get R down for a nap, the school nurse calls, & J has gotten sick in music. I grab the 1/2 asleep 2 yr old out of his bed & we hurry to the school to pick up J. I will not gross you out with the rest of my day. Suffice it to say, my washer & dryer ran pretty much all day.
I kept everyone home yesterday & we just took a ride in the car to get out for a bit. I hoped we were all going to be out of the woods today, but last night proved only J fit for school today.

I went to bed early, got a good night's sleep, thank goodness... just as I'm about to run out the door to take J to school, R wakes up crying, so I assume, correctly, that he's gotten sick in his bed. So I grab him, change his clothes, trying to hurry so as not to make J late for school. As I'm running out, Brett calls from his sick bed, yes, he was up almost every hour all night, to come help L. He's in my bahtroom going, "you do not want to look at this!" I flush it & say "I don't not want to smell it either." So, I quickly got the little ones on the couch with Sesame Street & gatorade & hurried J to school. Daddy's asleep in bed, I hate that he caught it too. It's always so much worse when he gets sick. Is it wrong that I'm glad he can't go hunting?? Lol.
I'm almost out of Lysol & applesauce, so I may call a friend to go to the grocery store for me. Wish us luck that we're all out of the woods for the weekend!! Now all I have to do is avoid me getting it....
